Refund for The Walking Dead

This is an official request for a refund. Message me on the forums Tell Tale and I will give you my account information. Anyone else feel they have been shafted with the customer support and issues with this game, please add to this thread.

  • Hey I don't want a refund but I purchased the pass on my iPad mini and nothing is happening since its 14.99 it's kinda a deal to me

  • I'd like either a refund or a copy for Playstation 3. I have it on Mac through Steam and it is completely unplayable due to bugs.

  • I purchased the season 2 preorder through the Telltale website intending to play the game on my ios device. I realized after the release of episode 1 that the full season preorder through the website doesn't provide access through the App Store. I tried to download the PC version on two computers and the game wouldn't open or install after several attempted downloads.

    I would like to request a refund for my preorder purchase. I am buying the series through the App Store. I understand this won't include the DVD. Please contact me through my telltale account or by email to get any info to process the refund.

    I appreciate your help to resolve this issue.

  • I purchased the Season 2 because i thought its a Steamkey! But after NO information i saw it isnt but i want the game with S1 on Steam so everyone can see im the biggest Fan! :( Can i refund the Game?

    I done the same thing, pre orderd thinking I could download to my iPad.. I'm not purchasing the app as well!! Have you been contacted for a refund? As I would be happy to purchase the app if I got a refund
