On Kindle Fire HDX- Download Issue

I purchased the full season on Kindle Fire HDX. When trying to download Ep 5, and getting the message- "Connection Lost While Downloading Data- Please Ensure You Have A Working Internet Connection & Re-Attempt." Connection is fine, have re-started Kindle, still get same message. Thanks for the help!

    I suggest closing any of the open applications that you have running on your Kindle that may be using some of it's processing power. To do this please go to Applications > Installed Applications > Filter By: Running Applications > Choose the App > Force Stop . After closing the open applications, please restart your device, and retry downloading Episode 5. Please also make sure that you are connected to a strong internet connection at the time of downloading the episode.
