The walking dead android

Hi guys I want to let you know that I have the walking dead telltale season 1 on my Samsung Galaxy S4 but unfortunately season 2 is not out for android. Will telltale ever make it compatible for android. I believe if season 1 is compatible then season 2 could be as well. What do you guys think?

  • If my game happened to be uninstalled for whatever reason and I install it again will my data be saved? and most importantly will all my episodes be purchased? because I already bought them before. Thanks

  • Hi, i would like to know where the savegame is stored on Android Devices, i couldn't find it in the usual places. At least then i would be able to Sync it via Dropbox or another online Service to always play the latest Version on my Device of Choice.

  • Hm, i was afraid of that. Is it possible to pass this on to the Developers as a request for an Update. Google Play Games support would be very welcome for a game like TWD since it supports Cloud Save and its implemented within Android.

  • Hi, I have a question, and this seemed a good place to ask. I recently purchased ep.2 and downloaded it. I have a Samsung S Duos phone, which has a miserably small internal storage space, so I usually mount big files and directories (like TWD-s .obb) onto my external SD card. My problem is, I cannot locate the downloaded episode, and if I cannot mount 'em, I won't have the space for other episodes. Could you please tell me where the downloaded episodes are stored on my 'roid?

      I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. The Episode files are stored within the Base application, and cannot be separated from the base app. There is an option to delete the episodes from within the app on the Episodes Menu. If you are worried about space, you can complete an episode (2-5) and then delete it from your device, and download the next episode and play through it. This way you will only have two episodes installed at once on your device, conserving room on your storage.

  • HI. I downloaded Walking dead season 1 on Samsung Galaxy S2 through Google play store,played 1st Episode and bought season pass and downloaded all episode. Now I am trying to play episode 2 but it just keep loading and loading and then force closes every time, however in episodes menu it shows Episodes Installed. To fix this issue I deleted and re-installed 2nd episodes but the issue remained same. Loading and Force Closed

    I loved the game and bought all episodes and it is acting up on me. Kindly fix this issue or refund my money.

    • Hey pal, did you try reinstalling the game, maybe something went wrong when you installed it the first time . Did the other episodes work or only episode 2? I hope it works. Good luck.

        I already re-installed the game and episodes. Played episode 1 again and tried to play episode 2 but Force closed after Loading. I do not know why? Though episodes are showing installed on device still force closed.

        Telltale Mike -Kindly suggest any suggestion on what and how to do. Help anyone someone

          My apologies. I recommend force closing the game application and then turning off your device in order to clear the device's cache. After leaving it off for a few minutes, start your device again, and then reset your WiFi settings by turning them Off, and back On again, then start the game application. This will ensure all of your device's resources are going to the app. Then try playing Episode 2, and you should then be able to load it successfully.

          If you are still experiencing the issue, can you please clarify what OS version you are currently running on your device?
          • Telltale Mike - I tried as you said still Episode 2 not working, Keep on loading for ages then Force Close. I have deleted the whole game yesterday and did fresh installation and played Episode 1 but stuck on Episode 2. Now what?

            FYI i am currently running 4.0.4 version. Episode 1 played like a charm without lagging or anything. What is wrong with episode 2,Kindly help

              I apologize for the inconvenience. Can you please clarify if you have updated the game to the latest version? Also, are you possibly running ART on your device?

                I downloaded the apk from playstore, how to get the updated apk or update the version?
                And no im nt running ART kitkat.

                  You should be able to update the application from the Google Play Store. Here is a helpful article that will walk you through the steps to update your game app from the Play Store:

                    Now what? How to play episode 2? Loading and force closed :(
                    It is irritating and really annoying me...Kindly provide technical help. I have played much heavier games like Nova 3 and
                    more on the same Samsung S2 device without any problem and God daim this is the first time I payed for a game and it is acting on me....HELP

                      My apologies, unfortunately if my suggestions above did not work, I am out of potential solutions to resolve your issue. I recommend contacting the Google Play Store, and see if they have any other possible solutions. If they do not, I would then recommend inquiring about a refund from the Google Play Store.
  • I haven't heard of a release date for android but I'm waiting IMPATIENTLY!! I'm DYING to see what happens to Clem!!!
