It's come to my attention that some users have contacted Telltale staff members via personal avenues (Twitter, Facebook, email, etc.) and have gotten verbally abusive. This is absolutely unacceptable.
I understand that you may be frustrated because a game isn't working properly, an order didn't ship, or something completely different but that is no excuse to get rude and aggressive. The internet is admittedly a very anonymous place but that doesn't give you free reign to attack someone, Telltale staffer or otherwise. For that reason, any future abuse to a Telltale staff member will result in a permanent ban on your Telltale Games forum account.
